After two weeks, Kayden and Jack had their last day of swimming lessons. They seemed to enjoy them and learned a lot these last two weeks. Kayden was in Level 3 and passed. Jack was signed up for Level 1 since it was his first year of group lessons and he tested out of Level 1 the first day so they moved him up to Level 2. He did very well, but needs to work on some more things before they pass him to Level 3. And I am just fine with that! There is a big difference between the two levels and he needs another year to prepare himself.

Jumping into the pool. Kayden loves to go off the board! Jack goes off all the time when we go swimming, but with his life jacket on. However in lessons he goes off without his life jacket. That is fine when there is someone in there to help him if he needs it, but mom informed him that when we go, he needs that jacket on! And yes, Kyle has even jumped off the board this year too. One day when Jeff went to the pool with us, Kyle jumped off about 5 time to Jeff! Not thrilled about that! Luckily he won't jump unless someone catches him and I tell him I won't catch him so he won't do it then. That's fine by me! He needs to have a little fear.

Playing a game with the class. He had 3 teachers, two girls and a boy named Cory, who Jack learned is good friends with Cody, so of course Jack took right to him. Well, Cory came to lessons today with a mohawk too. More reason for Jack to want one!
