My Little Artist

I have zero artistic ability, so I can't claim that gene, but my girlie is quiet the artist! She brought home all her art projects from the school year and those that were in the Art Show. Last year I framed three of her projects and have them hanging in the basement. This year I think I will have more to frame. I like this one, it is a self portrait. They used a brown sack for the head and body and then made feet with cardboard glued to a paper towel roll to stand it up. A snowman made from CD's
Another winter scene. She actually got an award for this one. An art teacher from out of town came and judged the show and picked certain project she thought were outstanding. We are so proud of her!

Winter Birches
And my favorite, her scarecrow. I am going to frame this one and put it up every fall
