We rented a pontoon boat for the afternoon and took the family to Storm Lake. It was beautiful weather, perfect day to be on the water. All the crew got a turn to ride. Aunt Kristi, Uncle Kelly, Brock,
G'pa and
G'ma went out with us first. Here are the kids ready to go. They were all a little nervous, not sure what to expect, but the loved it!

The boys and
G'pa Chuck enjoying the ride!

Captain Jeff with his little helper, Kyle. Kyle and Jack both thought it was great to get to drive,
Kayden just enjoyed the ride.

We even got to swim, but not for too long, the water was cold. Uncle Kelly got the kids in the water, but just real quick.

After about an hour on the boat, the
Wych crew showed up and
G'pa and
G'ma Morgan too, so
G'ma Sally,
G'pa Chuck and I took Jack, Brock and Kyle to the playground, which also had a beach right next to it. The boys all loved the beach and played in the sand and water.

Jack made a sand castle, you can hardly see it, but it was very good!

After awhile on the beach, the kids played on the playground, had a snack and then switched riders on the boat again. We all ended the night at the playground, had some sandwiches and let the kids play.
Kayden absolutely LOVED the boat. She rode the entire 4 hours and never got off, hence no pictures of her at the beach. She really, really, really wants her daddy to buy a boat. I don't think she'll have to convince him too hard, he really, really, really wants to buy a boat too! And after all the fun we had, I just think I might let him, if we can find the right one! What a great way to spend the day!
