Late yesterday afternoon I thought maybe Kayden kicked the fever, but about 6pm she started to go downhill, spiked a high fever and got very sleepy. She slept all night but unfortunately woke up with a fever again. It was only a half day of school today and we decided last night we probably wouldn't send her anyway, so we stayed home again today. Once again, she feels just fine, the fever is just hanging on. Today she and Kyle played playdough this morning to keep themselves entertained.
And daddy is on vacation today and all next week, so lucky him, he got to play with the playdough too. Just how he wants to spend his days off!
Hopefully Kayden will be all healthy by tomorrow, we are all going to Ames to the football game and to meet up with Jeff's fraternity classmates for their 10 year reunion. Let's hope we all get to go!
