Hello everyone. Can you believe summer is almost to an end. Need a great way to say good-bye to summer and start the school year off? Come join us Saturday for Rock the Block and cure Cystic Fibrosis at the Cherokee Fair grounds. I have had the pleasure of being on the committee the last 3 years as we try to find a cure of CF, which effects Kayden's friend Christa Lux. We have another great year with a great Kids Zone. There will be inflatables, carnival games, train rides, pony rides and a petting zoo. We will also being giving a Razor scooter to one lucky kid. As always there is a great pork loin meal, with hot dogs for kids. As always we have tons of great stuff for the raffle. If you want a Nintendo Wii for your family, we have one. There are great family trips, a grill, a picnic table from RJ Thomas, an IPod, a meat bundle from Tiefenthalers, a Hannah Montana and Spiderman gift basket, and much more. Something for everyone in the family! (I believe last night we were close to, if not over 90 items!) And also another great band, the FishHeads, will be playing for the dance. All the fun starts at 5pm. Hope to see you all there!
