Cowboy Jack

Jack has been all about fighting cowboys lately. Ever since the Rodeo parade, all he talks about is 'fightin cowboys'. He takes off his shirt and runs around shooting everyone because that is what a cowboy does, according to Jack. Well we just happen to be shopping yesterday and what should Jack come upon, but a cowboy hat. I knew there was no way we were going to be able to talk him out of getting it, so it was his. He wore it around the store shooting everyone. It is an adult size hat, however with his big head, it fits him fine. He doesn't care if it is on right or not, he runs around the house being a cowboy!

Kyle loves the hat too, it is perfect to play peak-a-boo with mommy.

As you can tell from the picture, Kyle is finally feeling better. We went to the ball park Friday night and he was pretty crabby, but finally fell asleep so I could enjoy some of the game. Saturday he woke up crabby but as the day went on you could tell he was starting to feel better. By Sunday morning he was finally getting better. No more puking, and not too many yucky diapers. Today when he woke up he was our smiley happy baby! Hope it is gone for good. Everyone else in the family is feeling better, well except Brock. He has his good days, like yesterday, but today he isn't the happiest. As long as I hold him, he is happy. But that's OK, Aunt Korrie can just spoil him all day since Kyle is happy!

Kayden is thrilled because she got to have a friend over today. I had full intentions at the beginning of the summer to let her invite one friend over every week, however that didn't happen. So finally I decided it was time and she picked her friend Lauren to come today. They are having a ball playing Barbies and putting on make-up.

Jack is keeping himself busy too since the girls don't want him to bug them. He got some little police men so he was lining them up around the book case. He sure is silly, but can keep himself entertained!
