When the kids got there we welcomed them to Jedi Training. They had to complete several mission in order become a true Jedi. Mission 1: make your light saber. Cardboard tubes and duct tape= BEST BIRTHDAY PARTY EVER...as heard by screaming kids fighting each other with their finished sabers!
Jack with all his friends, including Kayden and Kyle in this one. Kyle thought all the boys were his best friends too, and they just let him fit right in!
Mission 2 was to fuel your mind and body by eating pizza! Then on to Mission 3: Light saber training. Their saber got all tangled and they had to untangle it as fast as they could. Streamers and kids swinging their arms equals lots of fun and laughing!
Mission 4: Mind control. The kids had to use their light sabers and keep 2 balloons off the ground at all times. After practice they had to keep 1 balloon off the ground for 10 seconds. All were successful. Mission 5: Defeat the enemy. They had to knock down the storm troopers (water bottles with pictures on them sitting on TV trays) while wearing your mask, but not being able to see (we duct taped the eye holes closed) This was hilarious to watch them as their friends yelling at them where to walk to!
Before the last mission we had to break for presents. Jack got some great stuff from all his friends!
Mission 6: Asteroids fell from the sky with a message inside them from Master Yoda. As quiet as can be they had to find their 10 asteroids with letters on the inside that had a message.
We couldn't believe how quietly they were! There were 100 hidden asteroids (Easter eggs wrapped in tin foil) and they each had to find 10 with only their name on it. Took awhile to find them all.
Once they had all 10 they had to peel off the foil, open it up and find a piece of paper with a letter on it and a number on the back. Then they had to put the numbers in order, flip over the paper to read the message. And the message was "Jedi, you are" from Master Yoda. They all were successful in their missions and are now Jedi Knights!

And no Star Wars party would be complete with out defeating Darth Vader. We put silly string in the kids goodie bags but gave them early and told them to go to the backyard. I put them all in a circle and told them to wait until I said go. As they waiting I all the sudden said "oh no, do you hear that? I just heard a message from Master Yoda. It appears the Dark Side is coming. We must defeat the Dark Side" then Darth Vader walked around the side of the house and those kids eyes were huge! He didn't even get too far into the yard when they had him covered in silly string! 
And they defeated him! What fun they had! And daddy was a good sport being covered head to toe in silly string! Thankfully it brushed all right off!
What a party! Jack said he had the best time and the kids all seemed to have a great time. I sometimes wonder why I put so much effort into these parties, but after seeing how much fun they all have and seeing the smiles on my kiddos face, it makes it all worth it!
