Jack's 1st T-ball Game

Jack had his first t-ball game tonight, and he did great! Probably because he has the best coach ever, his mom! We forgot to take our picture together, but we have 8 games to go so it will get done! He really wanted to play short stop, so that is where he got to play the first inning. He is down and ready for the ball. Up to bat. He did a great job and had great hits. He even was last batter one inning so that means he got a home run!

Ready to go at 3rd base. This kid has been to too many ball games because he wants to lead off or steal when he runs the bases.

And he is off! He did a great job on his first game. He really loves to play and he gets frustrated when others aren't where they are suppose to be, especially when the first base man isn't looking when he has the ball and wants to throw it to them. We have to keep reminding him that it is only t-ball and we are still learning. Not ever kid had been to 100 ballgames already in their life!

And Kyle got to keep celebrating his birthday at the ball park. G'ma Sally and G'pa Chuck had presents for him to open and that was a hit! I didn't get to see him open them but thankfully daddy took some pictures. He was having a great time!

After Jack's game and before Kayden's game, while we were watching Kammy play (and later Charlie's game..yes 4 games in one night) we had cupcakes and sang Happy Birthday. He of course had to wear his new SWAT team mask he got.

Kayden also played tonight and did a great job again. She is getting better and better every game. We have officially started ball season where we run from one field to another, but there is no better way to spend the summer!
