Father's Day and VBS Program

Happy Father's Day to a great daddy! Jack had made something for Jeff in school so he is giving that to him here. And this is about all the pictures I have of Jeff with the kids! Oops! But we had a great day and the kids love their daddy so very much! After presents we got ready for church and the VBS program. Here are Brock, Gavin and Kyle getting ready to sing. Brock and Gavin did a great job singing and doing all the actions. Kyle sang, but from the front pew sitting next to me. He very slowly inched his way off the steps and over to me.

Jack singing away. We sang his favorite song from the week, one where the kids get to yell as loud as they can. He did a great job, he knew the songs and actions very well!

Kayden, Kammy and Frankie singing away. We also sang Kayden's favorite song of the week. I guess when mom is the director and has to choose 3 songs for the program, the kids get to pick their favorites!

The VBS kids. We had a lot show up for the program which was great. The kids did a good job showing their families all they learned during the week. And what a fun week it was, but so glad it is over, I was exhausted by Friday!

We spent the rest of Father's Day afternoon on the boat. At the last minute we decided to take the neighbors with us and go boating. We got the tube out and had a great time, the water was warm enough we even swam for awhile. It was a great time, just how daddy wanted to spend his day. After 3 hours on the water, we headed in for supper and to celebrate Father's Day with G'pa Chuck and G'pa Morgan, then after that made a visit to G'pa Mike, what a busy day! But a fun day at that. Hope all the dads, uncles and G'pa's had a great father's day! We are extremely blessed to have such wonderful men in our lives!
