My kids are Rock Stars!

Last night we had parent teacher conferences and we were very pleased with what we heard! Both kids had great reports, both teachers started the conference telling us what good kids we had and they had nothing negative to say about them! We even got thanked for bringing up such great kids! Kayden's teacher told us that she is doing so well that she is going to recommend that next year she be tested for the Tag program. And she also told us that they had a multiplication test that day and the 2 highest scores from all 3 third grade classes got a special prize and Kayden and another student did perfect and scored for first. We didn't tell Kayden either of these things. So today when I picked her up from school she had this large stuffed lion she won as a prize. We are so extremely proud on her. We love the fact that our children are excelling at school, but we love even more to hear that they are nice, polite kids who get along well with other students. What a great way to start the weekend! Oh and G'ma Sally and G'pa Chuck, Kayden informs me that we have to go to Pierson again! It took us so long to get there last time, we might need to start planning another trip soon!
