School Update

We had parent teacher conferences for Kayden on Monday and I am pleased to say we only heard GREAT things about Kayden. We were expecting good news and were very pleased. Mrs. Lockin, her first grade teacher, said Kayden is doing great, is such a nice little girl and is picking up on everything very quickly. She is a very fluent reader already and we are so glad to hear that. Her teacher said she is ahead of where first graders usually are at the point in the year, which we love to hear, especially since she is the youngest in her class and we worry about that sometimes. But I don't think we need to. We were especially glad to hear that she gets along with everyone else, is very polite, and follows directions in class. She hasn't had to turn her card again this year. That makes us most happy to hear she is nice to others and respectful! What a good little girl we have! We are blessed!



Since it was so nice out last night we took the kids on a walk. When we got home they wanted to light their pumpkins. Aren't the so cute! Don't you love Kyle's hat? He wears it like Papa Chuck!
