The kids woke up to snow and a 2 hour late start. And then the snow didn't stop so we had a no school snow day! And it wasn't too cold out so the kids went out side to play.
I had shoveled the patio and made a big pile and they thought that was great.
Even Britt had fun outside. She had to wear an old pair of our
snowpants which were way to big, but we made them work, and her tennis shoes, but she didn't care. She just wanted to play with the kids. They lasted about 20 minutes before the snow balls started to throw, and tears started to roll from a couple and everyone was back inside. But it was fun while it lasted!
